Detroit Revealed at DIA


Awesome photographs at this exhibit.  http://www.dia.org/calendar/exhibition.aspx?id=2701&iid=  Good story telling and captures the culture and hope of decaying Detroit.  Also has companion exhibit, a 3D presentation called “Plant”  that features the Packard Assembly Plant built in 1903 that is slated to be torn down but has been abandoned since the early1990s.  The presentation is a must watch and 3D viewing glasses are available.  The photography was enhanced to become an artistic installation that will ensure that the building’s final days are documented.
